Skilled Worker in PEI stream
This stream is for those skilled workers who have been hired by a PEI employer. To apply for this stream, an applicant must be currently working in PEI or have a job offer.
Skilled Worker Outside Canada stream
This stream target skilled workers outside Canada who have a job offer from a PEI employer.
Critical Worker Stream
This stream is for those applicants who are already working for a PEI employer, and the employer wants to sponsor them for permanent Prince Edward Island Immigration. All the international workers must have at least two years of appropriate experience in semi-skilled and unskilled professions to be eligible to apply under this stream.
International Graduate Stream
This stream is for fresh graduates of PEI known universities working in PEI with a valid Post-Graduate Work Permit.
Business Impact Category
The Business Impact stream is for the individuals who want to immigrate to Canada on a business visa or want to start a business with 100% ownership or willing to invest in a new or settled business in PEI. Applicants under this stream can start or operate a business in PEI. This will enable them to enter Canada and become familiar with the business they wish to invest in.
100% Ownership Stream (Closed)
This stream is for those who want to assume full ownership of the business they want to purchase or handle. Notably, this stream is currently closed by the PEI PNP.
Partial Ownership Stream (Closed)
This stream is for those who want partial ownership of any business. They will get 33.33 % of the existing or a new PEI business or invest 1,000,000 CAD in a business’s equity. Notably, this stream is currently closed.
Prince Edward Island Ranking System
All the candidates who want to immigrate to PEI through the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) need to create a profile in the EOI (Expression of Interest) system of the province. After that, candidates will be given a score on the basis of this profile. All the highest-ranking applicants will be asked to submit a petition while regular intakes.
